Leadership Training Class

Building the Character of Leadership

This ten-day class is designed to develop the capacity to offer spiritual leadership.

It provides a sacred setting for the development of leadership perspective, vision and abilities within a supportive field.

We utilize presentations, tapes, discussions, role-playing, attunement, ceremony and exercises to expand leadership skills.

Times of work, play, outdoor activities and just plain being together are also planned.

David Lesser
David Lesser has been guiding people and organizations through crucial transitions for over twenty years. David is coach and confidant to people aspiring to the highest levels of personal growth, as well as to senior business executives in a variety of fields. He understands the marriage of executive and spiritual work. Formerly CEO of a $100M London-based real estate group and president of the Emissary trustees, he combines a strong management pedigree with perceptive facilitation skills, and clear insight in working with people.

Cliff Penwell
Cliff Penwell has over 25 years of experience as a master facilitator, mediator and teacher. He has lived in five countries and taught in 15, and is an expert in cross-cultural dynamics. For the past 15 years he has specialized in facilitating nonprofit change processes and offering leadership training (“train the trainer” programs) ranging from governmental agencies to social change groups to large church organizations.
